VideoActive runs Stakeholder and IWL Conference Events for the NHS in the West Midlands During 2004, VideoActive has been running stakeholder and IWL events in the West Midlands. For both events, the organisers chose our mini Conference Pack which is designed specifically for Stakeholder Events. The organisers told us that our involvement made the events more professional, more enjoyable for the delegates, a better experience for the speakers and a lot less hassle for the organisers who were able to enjoy the freedom to network with the delegates and speakers. What can we do to make your conference more professional and hassle-free? We offer a range of conference support services from which you can pick n' mix. Each one is individually priced, or you can choose a cost-saving package. Whichever range of options you choose, you can be sure that your delegates will be well looked after, free from distractions and able to enjoy your conference. They will give you positive feedback, and will want to come again. The range of services we provide includes:
We do a mini-conference pack which includes
a three-computer projection system, conference lighting and a conference
director with attended audio, including radio mics for delegate participation
(This is ideal for Stakeholder Conferences).

VideoActive looks after Royal Principal Guest. The WISE campaign (Women in Science and Engineering) organises an annual award ceremony for the industry's highest achieving young women. The awards are made by their patron, HRH The Princess Royal.
The venue is the huge main hall of the prestigious Institution of Civil Engineers building in Westminster. Conference organiser Chris Smith explains that the acoustics in that room are very special. It has an echo like St Paul's cathedral. To deal with it effectively requires us to place dozens of small, low powered loudspeakers discretely around the room, hiding them behind the massive doric columns. We televise the event giving it multi camera coverage, and relay it to 4 metre wide screens in overflow rooms nearby. |
