Our conference starter pack includes - a single laptop projection system - a medium power data projector with 1.8m wide screen, front projection - a four microphone / two speaker unattended audio system. There is one mic on the lectern, one on the top table and two hand-held radio mics for delegate participation. - a pre-conference slide preparation service, in which we make direct contact with all your speakers to obtain, load and test their presentation slides. - set up and test - a conference technician who remains on-call in the building throughout the conference The total price for this service, excluding travel and accommodation, is £1550 plus VAT |
How much does it cost to make your conference a professional event? Our mini-conference pack includes the following: - a three lap-top projection system, one on the lectern, one on the control desk and a third one which "shadows" the other two all day, just as a back-up.
- a seven microphone / two speaker attended audio system with CD player for walk-in and interval music. There are two mics on the lectern, including a back-up, three on the top table and two hand-held radio mics for delegate participation. (Suitable for up to 100 delegates theatre-style or 50+ delegates classroom or cabaret style) - a pre-conference slide preparation service, in which we make direct contact with all your speakers to obtain, load and test their presentation slides. We also prepare title slides to introduce each speaker and we prepare continuity and domestic arrangement slides, reminding delegates to turn off their mobile phones, where to go for lunch, what time the next session begins and so on.

Conference packs We will look after the printing and assembly of delegate conference packs. The pack will contain the conference programme, speaker slides printed at 3 slides per page in b/w, and biographical details for each speaker. 8 pence per black & white page; 50 pence per colour page There is a variety of off the shelf and custom printed presentation folders and wallets available for the packs. |
